This was my 3rd time of choosing Joe's Auto &Tire when needing attention for my vehicle. I ask alot of questions and like things explained to me so that I understand what is wrong or what is needed. The service is great in communication. I have never felt any questions weren't good ones, any of the 3 times of service. I like that preventative care options are part of diagnostics and discussed. Always presenting in order of importance for this care. I had brought my vehicle in for battery charge issue and noise in the front end. The battery drain was simply a charger I had installed for my phone. It drew charge constantly, draining my battery. The noise was needing front breaks. Preventative care of new brake fluid also made sense. Joe's Auto goes above the standard service with maintenance that helps keep your vehicle repairs less costly down the road. Ty for great service and friendly atmosphere.

Joe's Auto was very helpful getting my daughter's car in to have a window motor replaced when her window was stuck partially down in the middle of a snow event. They took it in that same day to get it out of the weather until they could fix it. They were very responsive and kept me up to date on the progress. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service in Winona.

Usually, I am too busy to leave reviews, but these guys deserve one! Didn’t go to Joe’s by choice, but I am happy we found them. I broke down on a drive from lacrosse to Twin Cities and just happen to be near their shop when it happened. Ironically, there was a shop up the street that we hit first on the way to Joe’s (I won’t mention names )but the mechanic gave me an outlandish diagnosis by peeking at it quickly, but it was clear to me. He just didn’t want to tackle my issue! I am not a mechanic, but very mechanical and know the repair would have been a pain in the butt, but Joe’s still took it on and did it at a very reasonable price. This happened late in the day when they were nearing closing time, but John stayed past closing time until a ride of ours came to retrieve us. They did the repair on the following day and in a very timely manner so I could get back on the road again quickly. If I lived in Winona, these guys would probably be my number one mechanics! The guy that worked on my Ford F150 was a master mechanic at Ford prior to working here at Joe’s so if I have problems with my truck again, I may possibly even take the one and a half hour drive down there to have them work on it! As most people probably know it is very difficult to find a good mechanic!

Scheduled my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation and noted I needed my vehicle by noon. When I arrived for service I asked if I could get my vehicle by 10:30 instead since there was a change in my work day. They said they had a very busy day ahead of them but got my vehicle done ahead of schedule. I was so pleased and highly recommend them for service. They’re very customer oriented.

Excellent service, diagnostics, communication and efficiency with repairs. I brought a car in with an issue that had stumped the OEM dealership. They found it and repaired it. I had asked for several other services which they recommended deferring due to lack of need for the at the time and mileage of the car. They are honest and have integrity. I was impressed that they only recommended what was needed to repair the car. I appreciated it and the experience.

I had my brakes, tires, and a few additional services completed today and was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of service was excellent. It’s refreshing to work with a shop that is both efficient and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them and will be returning for future service.

I have been going to Joes for years for all my service. They do good work, reasonable prices, and are very trusted. I first came to them because I needed a second opinion when another shop told me I needed new brakes and rotors (10 years ago) but turns out I didn’t, I just needed an quality mechanic. Go to Joe’s.

He took my car in for an oil change atJoe's Auto and tire. I had an appointment and they took my car in right at the time that my appointment started. They were quick and thorough. They also had a special price for the oil change service. I've been quite happy with Joe's Auto and tire.

Joe's was really nice to fit us in when we had car troubles. They called with estimates and when the car would be ready. They were really informative with everything that was wrong and the repairs that had taken place. We were very appreciative of their help and professionalism.
